Why wouldn't I hire a full-time designer?
Great question! Hiring a high-level designer full-time can cost you over $11,000 a month (more than $140,000 a year), not to mention the challenge of finding one available. Additionally, you might not always have a steady flow of work, meaning you'd be paying for downtime.

With our monthly subscription plan, you have the flexibility to pause and resume your subscription as needed, ensuring you only pay for your designer when you have work for them.
Are there any design tasks you don't cover?
Absolutely. We do not cover the following design tasks: 3D modeling, animated graphics (GIFs, etc.), document design (medical forms, etc.), complex packaging, and extensive print design (magazines, books, etc.).
What design software do you use?
Most requests are designed using Figma.
What if I don't like my designs?
We'll simply revise them over and over until it's exactly how you envisioned it.
How do you handle large design projects through your subscription service?
If you have a major design project, don't worry! We'll break the work into manageable steps and provide updates every 2 to 3 days. This ensures a constant flow of progress and gives you the opportunity to provide feedback throughout the process.
I have an overworked agency, can I reach out to you?
Absolutely! We often partner with design agencies that struggle to keep up with their design demands.
How do I manage my subscription?
Your subscription is managed through Stripe.

Upon subscribing, you'll receive a welcome email containing a link to log into your client portal.
Can I pause or cancel?
Of course. You can pause or cancel your subscription whenever it's most convenient for you. We don't want you to pay for design time you’re not using.

Is there a refund if I don't like the service?
Due to the high-quality nature of our work, we do not offer refunds. We are committed to ensuring you're satisfied with your designs and will work tirelessly to achieve that.
