Jet Lag is a brand concept designed for retail spaces in airports, created with scalability in mind for easy replication across multiple locations. This project offers travelers a comprehensive experience, providing essential items, tourist information, and exclusive benefits through partnerships with various companies.
Additionally, Jet Lag will feature an app that allows users to make purchases in advance and conveniently pick them up at any branch, ensuring a smooth and connected shopping experience throughout their journey.
With its adaptable and scalable approach, Jet Lag is positioned as an ideal model for expansion in both domestic and international airports.
Following an audit with the client, it was concluded that the company's primary attribute is "time", rather than a wide range of products.
This insight inspired the creation of the visual elements that shape the symbol and guided the selection of the color palette, which represents different times of the day (night, sunset, and daytime). These tones reinforce the concept of time in transition and align with the previously developed positioning strategy.
One of the main challenges was to create communication that is easy to interpret for individuals and their different dialects that pass through airports. This is why communication was developed at three different levels of reading.
1 The first level is iconographic, using pictograms that distinguish and sectorize the various services the company offers. This visual language is understood by almost anyone who resides in the area.
2 The second level uses the English language, as it is the most widely spoken language globally.
3 The third level is the language corresponding to the region where the commercial establishment is located.
